When you submit the registration form, we collect the information you provide: parent/guardian name, email, optional phone number, the player's name and age range, your area of interest, and any message you send. We also note your agreement to our liability waiver.
We use this information solely to respond to your request, schedule sessions, and communicate with you about coaching. We do not sell your information.
Registration submissions are delivered through Google Forms and stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to Soccer Future Stars. Basic, privacy-friendly traffic analytics are collected to understand how the site is used.
Our programs serve children, but registration is completed by a parent or guardian. We only collect a child's first name and age range, provided by the adult registering them.
With your consent (given during registration), we may use photos or video of sessions for promotion. You can opt out at any time by telling a coach in writing.
If you use the AI Skill Lab, short video clips you upload are processed to analyze technique. Clips are sent for analysis and are not used to identify you or stored for marketing.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared by emailing us at the address above.
